Landlord are still going strong in the UK
Landlords have been taking a hit latley in the UK with raising interest rates and high property prices but they seem to be coping as the one thing no one thinks about when interest rates rise so does rent so it pretty much covers the costs. I have noticed on the site alot of landlords are buying overseas property and seeing a massive return if you buy in the right location.
Its important to do your homework on overseas if you do this right you could make a killing if you do it wrong it could sting like a wasp with rabies.
