Boom in the price of residential property Many areas surrounding Balchik and Kavarna is about to face a sudden boom in the residential property prices in the next few years. In the last eighteen months the land prices have reached a high platform as the real estate investors are increasingly buying land for their properties to be built in anticipation of further development. About 40 minutes drive from the Varna airport is the region where unspoilt coastline and restrictive buildings are in numbers. In the coast the building destinations have been more restrictive and the development is nearly negligible like other coastal regions. The up coming site for market destination is in the coastline of the Black Sea coast. A famous quoting of Ian Woosman says “I am extremely excited of the opportunity the Golf is having in its early stages of development in Bulgaria and I am very much interested in being involved in such a project of growth.” But the irony is that although of the expensive lands and growing sector the property prices are still behind other established regions. It is seemed that further growth in the sector of property will be developing. The recent development in the property sector is that the price is 830 Euro per meter including the VAT. This shows a 30-40% growth in the coastal region of the Black Sea. As the mayors Kavarna and Balchik expressing their wishes to turn the area into an up-market region with limited development and the natural topography (rolling cliffs), the supply of new property in the region is set to be kept to a minimum so that the financial burden is not felt by any of the governments.
